Appraisals
An appraisal is provided with every purchase. We also do re-appraisals on a piece at any time at no extra charge. You need to keep appraisal information up to date to ensure that you have sufficient insurance coverage on your jewelry. The value of your jewelry can decrease with damage, but it’s also important to remember that the value of diamonds can increase as frequently as every two weeks.
Sizing
It’s important to us that your jewelry fits you perfectly to ensure that the beauty of each piece you buy and wear is shown at its full potential. We can size your jewelry on site, often while you wait.
Cleaning
Although we will provide you with complementary jewelry cleaner to take home with you, we recommend that you get your jewelry professionally cleaned at least once every three months. We will be happy to take care of this for you. At the same time, we can check your stones and setting for safety.
Replacements & Upgrades
If you lose a diamond from a tennis bracelet or necklace that you purchased from us, we’ll replace it. You can also upgrade the center stones in your rings or earrings to larger diamonds of better cut and clarity at any time, trading them in for full credit of what you paid. An undamaged diamond never loses its value.
